The aim of the Research and Development department is to design and produce new furniture models, while continually improving our existing product lines.

Every new design is 'created' in a virtual 3D environment where it undergoes various tests.  A prototype is then developed, reviewed for any potential design changes, and then the model is sent to production.

This department is responsible for the development of elements which do not exist in the general marketplace, but are exclusive to Xdesign products.
